Effective March 2, 2022, CVCC has moved to a manual drop form and a manual withdrawal form process. There will be a separate printable form to drop a class or classes and a printable withdrawal form to withdraw from all classes. Each form will be used starting the day after drop/add each term/semester.
Students can access the drop and withdrawal forms below. Please print the form, complete the form, and get all required signatures listed on the form.
The last and final step is to take the form to the Admissions Office to be processed.

Chattahoochee Valley Community College has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders. Students and alumni are able to order their official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The first transcript through the OneACCS system is free (minimal fee of $5.00). Payment will be made through the Credential Solutions website using a credit or debit card at the time of order.
Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed in hard copy, depending on the receiving institution or destination. More information can be found on the transcript ordering page using the links below:
