Chattahoochee Valley Community College offers two short certificates in the early childhood care and development profession. The purpose of each program is to prepare students to work with children and families in diverse settings that provides a foundation for lifelong learning promoting cognitive and social development for children, parents, and the community.
Graduates will have qualifications to be employed in early childhood care and development settings to include child care centers, Head Start, Pre-K programs, and elementary school paraprofessional positions.
