Swift is an innovative programming language created by Apple for building everything from mobile apps to desktop software to services in the cloud. It’s designed to let anyone write programs that are safe by default, yet extremely fast. Swift is easy to use and open source, so anyone with an idea can create something incredible.

 

Welcome to Chattahoochee Valley Community College (CVCC) and the exciting world of information technology.  Whether you want to learn more about developing apps for gadgets and smart phones or learn how to secure a network, CVCC is the place for you.  CVCC offers an Associate of Applied Science in the following focused areas: a) Information Technology, b) Networking, c) Business and Office Technology, and d) Graphic Design.  In addition, the College offers standard and short certificates in these content areas allowing students to reach their career goals quickly.

The information technology program of study provides students with an opportunity to learn and develop skills in a world of gadgets, smart phones, cyber defense, and other related areas involving the use of technology.  In addition, we offer many of the courses both in an online and traditional classroom environment which provides flexibility for the student.
