As you may or may not know, CVCC has converted all external references to social security number into a student ID number.  This will affect the way you log into the Blackboard Server and the Student e-mail server.  You may visit the Blackboard page to understand the composition of your login but what we would like to do here is walk you through how to retrieve your student ID number.

1. First you will need to log into the Student Information System under the Online Services link.
   
   
2. You may still use your social security number and your date of birth to log into this system. (You may visit the Online Services link to understand the login process using your social security number and date of birth.)
   
   
3. After you have logged on, visit the "View My Information" link and your student ID number will be displayed in the information column.
   
   
4. Write down your student ID number but keep it safe.
