CVCC offers a variety of options for students interested in the study of business.

The Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degrees in business are designed for students who wish to enter the workforce directly after graduation.

The Associate of Science degree (General Studies A.S.) or Associate of Arts degree (Liberal Arts A.A.) is designed for students who wish to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a bachelors degree in business, or other academic discipline.

The Basic Accounting Certificate is a program designed to qualify completers for immediate job entry in the accounting field. The certificate can be completed as a stand-alone program, or embedded in any business degree to enable multiple credentials to be earned at the same time.

The Business Degree Options Are:

1. A.A.S. in Business, General Business Option
2. A.A.S. in Business, Accounting Option
3. A.A.S. in Business, Banking and Finance Option
4. A.A.S. in Business, Management and Supervision Option
5. A.A.S. in Business, Small Business Management Option
6. A.S. in General Studies, focusing your Area 5 Electives in Business
7. A.A. in Liberal Arts, focusing your Area 5 Electives in Business
8. Short Certificate – Basic Accounting, can be earn as a stand-alone certificate or as part of any of the above degrees

Degree Options in other Social Science Areas:

1. A.S. in General Studies, focusing your Area 5 Electives in your area of interest
2. A.A. in Liberal Arts, focusing your Area 5 Electives in your area of interest
